Chemmaruthy Grama Panchayat has put forward a set of visions and missions to guide its path of development and progress. They are as follows:

The primary vision of Chemmaruthy Panchayat is to ensure a better quality of life for all, aiming for holistic development. Equal importance is given to the economic, social, cultural, and environmental sectors. The goal is to ensure public welfare through transparent and efficient governance and to transform the village into a self-reliant and exemplary community.
=> Mission
To realize this vision, Chemmaruthy Grama Panchayat has undertaken the following missions:

Involve all sections of the population in the Panchayat's administration and plan development projects by taking their needs and opinions into account.

Improve the quality of life for the people by enhancing basic amenities such as roads, drinking water supply, electricity, and sanitation facilities.
